Sorry to report, I just checked as got an email from D2D and all the places refuse public domain content. Now they ask that question so why even publish my book if they knew this? So the book still remains published at Lulu publishing bookstore and who knows that might end up being the only place if I can't get in at Amazon. So back to trying to get heard by Amazon it is for me. Then i might go through the same thing there who knows.
I could respond and I did so a new ticket was opened to change author to Jacobs Well Publishing LLC just as the published book is at Lulu. I tried to find it and edit it and could not. So a new ticket has been opened and I did send the link of the published book.
