I had an email waiting for me this morning that I could now push the publish button. The price set to own ebook is 2.99. It does take a while to publish to each of these stores, but I took a snapshot of the stores that will carry A Final Call. I did let libraries carry the ebook also those are not listed. They do have a list of countries; I didn't check them but can edit my coverage also I believe.
Once this is finalized, I will next select their print book option but will see first on this. So maybe the 19th or 20th put the book into publication. These ebooks are small type text size and I want the book to be as the one at lulu.com a large print book. So will see if they do this or not. They did give me a web link but it is not active till publishing is done.. once I notice that I will put the link here.
